摘　　要：正确理解共同富裕的科学内涵有四个维度:共同富裕不是同时富裕,而是有先有后、有快有慢的历史过程;共同富裕不是平均占有财富,而是人们享有的财富保持合理差距;共同富裕不是单一性的物质丰裕,还包括精神文化生活富足、个体所享有的权利得到充分保障;共同富裕不是功利性目标,而是一个渐进的、增量的发展之旅。在马克思主义的视域中,共同富裕与社会正义是紧密相连、辩证统一的关系。社会正义包括形式主义与实质正义两个方面,而实质正义又可以划分为不完全正义与完全正义。实现共同富裕就是要在坚持形式正义的基础上,不断提升实质正义中不完全正义的含量,最终走向完全正义。为推进社会正义和共同富裕的增量融合发展,应以共享式增长为扩大社会正义含量和实现共同富裕创造物质条件;以政治正义保障社会正义并为共同富裕奠定政治基础;以社会结构的不断完善使资源、权利和财富的分配更加公平合理;以久久为功推进不完全正义的增量发展和共同富裕的最终实现。There are four dimensions to correctly understand the scientific connotation of common prosperity.Common prosperity is not simultaneous prosperity,but a historical process of“first,then,fast and slow”;Common prosperity is not the average possession of wealth,but to maintain a reasonable gap of the wealth enjoyed by people;Common prosperity is not a single material abundance,but also includes a rich spiritual and cultural life,and the fully-protected rights enjoyed by individuals;Common prosperity is not a utili⁃tarian goal,but a gradual and incremental development journey.In the perspective of Marxism,common prosperity and social justice are closely linked and dialectical.Social justice includes formal justice and substantive justice,and substantive justice can be divided into incomplete justice and complete justice.To achieve common prosperity is to constantly improve the content of incomplete justice in substantive justice on the basis of adhering to formal justice,and finally move towards complete justice.In order to promote the incre⁃mental integration and development of social justice and common prosperity,we should create material conditions for expanding the con⁃tent of social justice and achieving common prosperity through shared growth,safeguard social justice with political justice and lay a po⁃litical foundation for common prosperity,make the distribution of resources,rights and wealth fairer and more reasonable through the continuous improvement of social structure,and promote the incremental development of incomplete justice and the ultimate realization of common prosperity by taking a log time.
