摘　　要：本文以辩证唯物主义为指导,从哲学角度系统阐述了中医浊毒理论的发病观、治疗观和发展观。创新性地提出了浊毒理论的发病观是“浊毒化”,并从物质普遍联系观点、质量互变观点、绝对性和相对性、可能性与现实性、现象与本质、内因和外因等方面展开阐述;提出了浊毒理论的治疗观是“化浊毒”;论证了“扬弃”这一辩证唯物主义发展观的科学性,并提出了浊毒理论的发展观应该是“激浊扬清”,从增强文化自信、传承国学精粹、借鉴当代科技、顺应时代潮流等方面展开阐述,使浊毒理论不断地丰富完善,以更好地为人类健康服务。This study aims to elucidate the pathogenesis,treatment and development of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of turbidity and poison based on the dialectical materialism.We innovatively proposed that the pathogenesis of turbidity and poison is attributed to the toxification of turbidity,which was elucidated from the perspectives of universal connection of matter,quality interchange,absoluteness and relativity,possibility and reality,phenomenon and essence,internal and external causes,etc.We believed that the removal of the turbidity and poison was the treatment.In addition,we demonstrated the scientific nature of the dialectical materialism development concept of sublating,and the development point of view should eliminate the impure from the pure-to cast out the wicked and cherish the virtuous.Based on the aspects of enhancing cultural self-confidence,inheriting the essence of Chinese culture,learning from contemporary technology and adapting to the trend of the times,we have made great efforts to continuously enriched the TCM theory of turbidity and poison,thus providing better service to human health.
