摘　　要：目的:探究血浆可溶性低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白1(sLRP1)水平与急性脑梗死(ACI)的关系。方法:选取在苏北人民医院神经内科住院的诊断为急性脑梗死的患者120例,作为ACI组,另选取在该院体检中心接受体检的30例健康体检者为对照组(HC组)。收集两组研究对象的基线资料及抽血结果,比较两组间sLRP1水平等指标有无差异。进行二元Logistic回归分析明确急性脑梗死发生的独立危险因素。进行血浆sLRP1水平与急性脑梗死的相关性分析。评估血浆sLRP1水平对急性脑梗死的诊断效能。结果:ACI组的血浆sLRP1水平明显高于HC组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析提示:sLRP1水平较高是急性脑梗死的独立危险因素。血浆sLRP1水平与急性脑梗死之间存在正相关关系,且血浆sLRP1水平诊断急性脑梗死的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.833(P=0.000,95%CI 0.753-0.913),敏感度为72.5%,特异度为80.0%。结论:血浆sLRP1水平与急性脑梗死事件的发生存在正相关关系,且有一定的相关诊断价值。Objective:To explore the relationship between plasma soluble low density lipoprotein receptor related protein 1(sLRP1)level and acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:120 patients diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Subei People’s Hospital were selected as the ACI group,and 30 healthy people who received physical examination in the physical examination center of the hospital were selected as the control group(HC group).Collect the baseline data and blood sampling results of the two groups,and compare the differences of sLRP1level and other indicators between the two groups.Binary Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify independent risk factors for acute cerebral infarction.Correlation analysis between plasma sLRP1 levels and acute cerebral infarction.Evaluation of plasma sLRP1 levels in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Results:The plasma sLRP1 level in the ACI group was significantly higher than that in the HC group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed thatsLRP1 was an independent risk factor for acute cerebral infarction.There is a positive correlation between plasma sLRP1 levels and acute cerebral infarction,and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction by plasma sLRP1 levels is 0.833(P=0.000,95%CI 0.753-0.913).The sensitivity was 72.5%and the specificity was 80.0%.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the level of plasma sLRP1 and the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction,and it has a certain diagnostic value.
