中脘穴临床应用探析

摘　　要：中脘穴为八会穴之“腑会”,胃之募穴,具有健脾和胃、消积化滞、理气止痛、补益中气的作用,多用于治疗脾胃疾病及相关的内科、妇产科疾病,临床应用范围较广,可行针刺、艾灸、拔罐、穴位贴敷等多种中医外治法。文章通过分析不同中医外治法在中脘穴上的作用机理及特点,为临床上治疗脾胃疾病选用中脘穴及合适的中医外治法提供新的思路。Zhongwan Point is the“Fuhui”of Bahui point and the raising point of stomach.It has the functions of strengthening the spleen and stomach,eliminating accumulation and hysteresis,regulating qi and relieving pain,and tonifying the middle Qi.It is widely used in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and related diseases in internal medicine,obstetrics and gynecology.By analyzing the mechanism and characteristics of different TCM external treatment methods on Zhongwan point,this paper provides new ideas for selecting Zhongwan point and appropriate TCM external treatment for spleen and stomach diseases.
