中医药治疗癌痛用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探索中医治疗癌痛的用药规律。方法检索中国知网、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、PubMed等数据库中医中药治疗癌痛的文献,采用EXCEL表格分析中医治疗癌性疼痛的方剂、单味药、对药的使用频次,分析探讨其用药规律。结果本文统计了772篇中医治疗癌痛的文献,并检索整理出了治疗癌痛中药的支持度、四气五味与归经、功效、用药方式等用药规律。通过统计分析,支持度排名前10的单味药分别是冰片、乳香、延胡索、没药、乌头、甘草、红花、当归、大黄、细辛;方剂排名前3位的是身痛逐瘀汤、双柏散和益肾骨康方。结论基于中医药治疗癌痛的用药规律研究,我们建立了数据库,为临床癌痛用药提供参考并对中医药治疗癌痛的研究具有指导意义。Objective:To explore the medication rules and related molecular mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods:Literatures on TCM treatment of cancer pain were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed database,and the use frequency of prescription,single drug and couplet medicinal in TCM treatment of cancer pain were analyzed by Excel to explore the medication rules.Results:A total of 772 articles on TCM treatment of cancer pain were counted,and the common dosage forms,frequency of TCM and medication rule were sorted out through retrieval.According to statistical analysis,the top 10 single herbs were borneol,frankincense,corydalis,myrrh,aconitum,licorice root,safflower,angelica,rhubarb and manchurian wildginger.The top three prescriptions were Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,Shuangbai San and Yishen Gukang Decoction.Conclusion:According to the medication rules of TCM in the treatment of cancer pain,we have established a database to provide reference for clinical cancer pain medication,which has guiding significance for the study of TCM in the treatment of cancer pain.
