护场在肛周坏死性筋膜炎中的证治应用探讨

摘　　要：护场对于肛周坏死性筋膜炎的辨证施治具有重要的指导意义,通过疮形、脓液识有形护场,病灶、神志别无形护场。既须见微知著,亦要整体辨证,通过判断护场防御围聚功能以知阴阳,明顺逆,断病机。护场失司速予针刀,早祛其邪,邪去则用托法,以顾护场,促其阳长阴消,尽早愈合。The shield plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis,which always includes visible shield that could be recognized by characteristics of wound and pus,and invisible shield that could be recognized by the range of wound and consciousness.Both region and integrated differentiation are incorporate in perianal necrotizing fasciitis,while the yin and yang,the prognosis related to perianal necrotizing fasciitis could be recognized at the meantime.When the function of shield is abnormal,it is necessary to undergo debridement and drive away pathogenic factor with acupotomy at first time.When the pathogenic factor is driven away,it is vital to apply support manipulation,which is essential to promote yang and wane yin,and facilitate wound healing.
