摘  要:尽管在新工科背景下社会急需符合新时代发展要求且具备创新意识的高素质技术人才,但是扎根一线的优秀工程技术人才依然缺口很大。本文提出从电气专业岗位群对专业课程的基本要求出发,以就业、能力、成果为导向,找准课程定位,以“一主线三有三维度”的育人模式,充分挖掘把要掌握的知识和技能与企业工程实际问题相联系的知识元素。文章从我校人才培养目标、服务地方经济发展的角度,以电气工程及其自动化专业核心课程《电力系统继电保护》为例,探讨所提出的多元育人模式的可行性和有效性。Although under the background of new engineering,the society is in urgent need of high-quality technical talents who meet the development requirements of the new era and have innovative consciousness,but there is still a big gap of excellent engineering and technical talents rooted in the front line.This paper puts forward from the basic requirements of electrical professional post group for professional courses,with employment,ability,achievement-oriented,find the right course positioning,with“one main line,three dimensions,three dimensions”education mode,fully explore the knowledge elements linking the knowledge and skills to master with the practical problems of enterprise engineering.From the perspective of talent training objectives and serving the local economic development of our school,the feasibility and effectiveness of electrical engineering and automation as an example to discuss the feasibility and effectiveness of the multiple education model.
