摘　　要：本文介绍了一种可行、可靠的燃煤工业锅炉SNCR脱硝控制系统设计,详细阐述了该控制系统的硬件设计及软件设计。该控制系统以PLC为主控制器、以液晶触控屏的SCADA为人机交互接口,实现了SNCR脱硝系统的闭环控制,提高了脱硝效率及脱硝过程控制的稳定性。This paper introduces a feasible and reliable coal-fired industrial boiler SNCR denitrification control system design,elaborated the control system hardware design and software design.The control system takes PLC as the main controller and SCADA with LCD touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface,which realizes the closed-loop control of SNCR denitrification system,improves the denitrification efficiency and the stability of denitrification process control.
