摘 要:输煤皮带是煤矿、电厂等工业企业的重要生产设备之一,它运输的稳定性和安全性是需要时刻关注的。传统的人工巡检具有效率低、安全性差等问题,因此采用机器人巡检替代人工巡检具有重要意义。针对输煤皮带巡检机器人系统,采用C#语言,应用基于自定义协议的通信模式、基于接口的视频识别技术、多线程技术等关键技术设计了一套机器人上位机软件,该软件具有执行机器人控制、视频实时分析预警、监测数据分析预警等功能,并在生产现场经过使用验证了系统的有效性和实用性。对该软件的设计与实现进行了探讨。Coal conveying belt is one of the important production equipment in coal mines, power plants and other industrial enterprises. The stability and safety of its transportation are issues that need constant attention. The traditional manual inspection has the problems of low efficiency and poor security, so it is of great significance to replace manual inspection with robot inspection. Aiming at the coal conveying belt patrol inspection robot system, a set of robot upper computer software was designed using C# language and key technologies such as user-defined protocol based communication mode, interface based video recognition technology and multithreading technology. The software has the functions of robot control, real-time video analysis and early warning, monitoring data analysis and early warning, and has been used in the production site to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the system. This paper discussed the design and implementation of the software.
