摘　　要：全民运动的热潮以及各类社交网络平台的兴起,孕育了“晒运动”这一新兴现象。“晒运动”形成的内在机理引起了学术界的关注。本文基于扎根理论研究方法,根据理论性抽样原则,选择了34名受访者进行深度访谈,进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建了包含1个核心范畴、3个主范畴、6个初始范畴的“‘晒运动’行为产生内在逻辑模型”。该模型发现,“晒运动”行为发生路径为:表演—规训→表演。该路径由外部路径(表演—他者规训→运动社交)和内部路径(表演—规训期待→社交期待)组成,内外路径可以相互转化,是不可割裂的整体。“晒运动”行为产生的内因是期待他者认同的焦虑,由此在网络社交平台开展了一场他者视角下的自主表演。因此,本文认为应以理性及欣赏的眼光对待他人“晒运动”行为。研究结论加深了对“晒运动”现象产生的内在逻辑及机制的理解,验证了扎根理论对于新生现象研究的可行性,提供了“晒”文化以及其他新兴事物的研究思路和视角。The explosion of national sports and the increase of various social networking sites have generated the new phenomenon of “showing sports”. Academics are interested in learning more about the inner operations of “showing sports”. In this research, 34 interviewees were chosen for in-depth interviews using the grounded theory research method and in accordance with the theoretical sampling principle. Open coding, main axis coding, and selective coding were used to create an intrinsic logic model for the creation of “showing sports” that contains one core category, three main categories, and six initial categories. This model shows that the behavior of “showing sports” occurs by following the path of performance—discipline→performance. This path is made up of the external path(performance—others’ discipline → sports socialization) and the internal path(performance—discipline expectation → expectation socialization), which may be combined to create a single, unbreakable path. The internal driving force behind the practice of “showing sports” is the fear of not getting people’s approval, which results in an independent performance under the scrutiny of others on the online social platform. In light of this, this paper makes the argument that we should see other people’s “showing sports” conduct from a logical and positive perspective. The study’s conclusions deepen our understanding of the internal dynamics and mechanisms underlying the phenomenon of “showing sports”, confirm the viability of using the grounded theory to examine new phenomena, and offer new insights into how to approach the study of “showing” culture and other recently emerging phenomena.
