高校图书馆员科研合作意愿及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：本研究在实证调查的基础上从个体特征、个人内部动机和外部组织环境三个维度分析研究了高校图书馆员科研合作影响因素。调查结果显示,合著论文、学术利益、声望名誉、人际关系、资源可用性和风险阻碍对馆员合作意愿产生显著影响,其中风险阻碍为负相关,其余变量为正相关。研究结果可为促进高校图书馆员合作的有效开展起到一定的理论指导作用。On the basis of empirical investigation,this study analyzes and studies the influencing factors of university librarians’scientific research cooperation from three dimensions of individual characteristics,individual internal motivation and external organizational environment.The results find that the co-author papers,academic interests,reputation,interpersonal relationship,resource availability and risk obstacle have significant impacts on librarians’collaborative intention,in which risk obstacle is of negative correlation,the rest are of positive.The results play a certain theoretical guiding role to promote university librarians’effective cooperation.
