摘　　要：本文总结1例肝糖原累积症(GSD)患儿动态血糖监测及护理经验。基于持续动态的监测血糖变化,为合理治疗提供依据,积极开展低血糖护理、饮食干预、心理支持及健康教育等。This paper summarized the experience of continuous glucose monitoring and nurs⁃ing of a child with hepatic glycogen storage disease(GSD).Continuous dynamic monitoring of blood glucose changes was conducted to provide a basis for treatment.The medical care team fo⁃cused on asymptomatic hypoglycemia assessment and provided care for hypoglycemia,dietary in⁃tervention,psychological support and health education.
