摘　　要：《中国英语能力等级量表》(以下简称《量表》)以语言活动和语言特征为单元的应用性分量表有助于拓展《量表》的应用范围。英语口语能力通过口语活动得以体现,口语交际中的语言知识、语篇知识和语用知识均体现于语言特征。口头表达典型活动和语言特征量表是《量表》口语量表的重要组成部分,对于教学、测试具有重要意义。本文提出了口头表达典型活动和语言特征量表的理论依据,详细阐述了典型活动和语言特征量表的构建方法和步骤。文章最后对两个量表在英语口语教学、学习和测试中的应用提出了具体建议。The application-oriented subscales of the China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE)describe typical language activities and language features at each level,thereby expanding the scope of the CSE application.Oral English proficiency is best measured through activities of oral expression,in which speakers’linguistic,discourse and pragmatic knowledge can be fully demonstrated.As important parts of the CSE-Speaking Scales,the Typical Activities Scales and Language Features Scales of Oral Expression are of great significance to teaching and assessment.This paper presents the conceptual framework underlying the scales,and then delineates the methodology and procedure of scale construction.It further puts forward suggestions on applying the scales to teaching,learning and assessment of English speaking.
