摘 要:针对永磁同步电机传统滑模控制系统响应效果不佳等问题,提出了一种双滑模控制系统。首先,速度环设计自适应变指数趋近律滑模控制器取代PI控制,提高系统响应速度,削弱抖振;其次,引入全局积分滑模面和模糊控制算法到二阶滑模观测器中,滑模面中全局因子的引入可以有效防止积分饱和造成的超调和响应滞后等问题;模糊控制算法实现多参数自适应调整,提高系统的动态响应;最后,采用锁相环提取出转子位置和转速。仿真结果表明,对比传统滑模控制系统,双滑模控制系统在电机空载和受负载扰动时,系统抗干扰能力及鲁棒性较强,可以有效削弱滑模抖振,提高系统控制品质。Aiming at the problem of poor response of traditional sliding mode control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a double sliding mode control system was proposed.Firstly, an adaptive exponential reaching law sliding mode controller is designed to replace PI control to improve the system response speed and reduce chattering.Secondly, the global integral sliding mode surface and fuzzy control algorithm are introduced into the second order sliding mode observer.The introduction of global factors in the sliding mode surface can effectively prevent the problems of over-harmonic response delay caused by integral saturation.The fuzzy control algorithm realizes multi-parameter adaptive adjustment and improves the dynamic response of the system.Finally, the position and speed of rotor are extracted by phase-locked loop.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional sliding mode control system, the dual-sliding mode control system has stronger anti-interference ability and robustness when the motor is unloaded or disturbed by load, which can effectively weaken the sliding mode chattering and improve the control quality of the system.
