摘  要:目的探讨中国大学生及青少年颈椎病患病的危险因素。方法通过中国知网期刊数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed等数据库,检索有关中国大学生及青少年颈椎病危险因素的研究,文献检索时限为从建库开始至2021年10月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,对纳入的研究进行质量评价后,使用RevMan 5.3软件对结果进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项研究,其中6项横断面研究,1项病例对照研究。合计6017例患者。Meta分析结果显示,坐位姿势(OR=1.55,P=0.03)、持续坐位时间(OR=1.25,P=0.05)、情绪(OR=1.32,P=0.02)是中国大学生及青少年颈椎病发生的主要影响因素。结论通过改变不良坐位姿势、减少持续坐位时间、保持愉悦心情等措施可以预防颈椎病的发生和发展。Objective To explore the risk factors of cervical spondylosis in Chinese college students and adolescents.Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed and other databases were searched.The research on the risk factors of cervical spondylosis of Chinese college students and adolescents was searched.The time limit for literature retrieval was from the establishment of the database to October,2021.After 2 researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data and evaluated the included studies,RevMan 5.3 software was used to do Meta analysis.Results A total of7 studies were included,including 6 cross-sectional studies and 1 case-control study,with a total of 6017 patients.The results of Meta analysis showed that sitting posture(OR=1.55,P=0.03),continuous sitting time(OR=1.25,P=0.05)and emotion(OR=1.32,P=0.02)were the main influencing factors of cervical spondylosis in Chinese college students and adolescents.Conclusion The occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis can be prevented by changing the bad sitting posture,reducing the continuous sitting time and maintaining happy mood.
