基于NHANES的抑郁症与糖尿病共病危险因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨成年人抑郁症与糖尿病共病的危险因素。方法下载2017—2018年抑郁症与糖尿病等相关调查资料数据,分析美国成年人人口学和临床检验检查资料,采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析方法,确定抑郁症与糖尿病共病的危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,学历、婚姻状况、健康状况、空腹血糖值、糖化血红蛋白值、PHQ-9分数、BMI、家庭收入与贫困标准比、年龄等9个变量是抑郁症与糖尿病共病的危险因素(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,糖化血红蛋白值、PHQ-9分数、BMI、年龄等4个变量为抑郁症与糖尿病共病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症与糖尿病共病与两种疾病严重程度、BIM和年龄相关,应进一步研究其发病机制,并开展有针对性的干预活动。Objective To explore the risk factors of the comorbidity of depression disorders and diabetes among adults.Methods The data of depression disorder and diabetes from 2017 to 2018 was downloaded.Demography and clinical test examination materials of American adults were analyzed.Univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted to determine the risk factors of comorbidity of depression disorder and diabetes.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that 9 variables,such as education background,marital status,health condition,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,PHQ-9 score,BMI,a ratio of family income to poverty guidelines and age were the risk factors of comorbidity(P<0.05).Multivariable analysis showed that 4 factors,such as glycosylated hemoglobin,PHQ-9 score,BMI and age were the risk factors of comorbidity of depression disorder and diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion Comorbidity of depression disorder and diabetes is correlated with the severity of two diseases,BIM and age.It is suggested to further study its pathogenesis and conduct the targeted intervention activites.
