摘 要:[目的/意义]发挥数字技术对经济发展的放大、叠加、倍增作用,将数字经济及其平台经济理念嵌入小微企业竞争情报服务全流程,以解决小微企业普遍存在的信息资源不对称现象。[方法/过程]运用数字经济理念和互联网思维,以数据化、网络化、平台化为服务形式,从服务架构、业务架构、功能架构、技术架构,以及业务运行和数据运行的视角,对小微企业竞争情报服务模式的构建和运行机制进行优化。[结果/结论]通过数字经济视域下小微企业竞争情报服务模式的构建和运行机制的优化,为小微企业竞争情报服务实现提供解决方案,助力小微企业的高质量、可持续发展。[Purpose/Significance]A full play is to be given to the role of digital technology in amplifying, superimposing and multiplying economic development, and the concept of digital economy and its platform economy is to be blended into competitive intelligence services for small and micro enterprises(SMEs),so as to solve the asymmetry of information resources prevalent in SMEs.[Method/Procedure]With the concept of digital economy and Internet thinking, the construction and operation mechanism of competitive intelligence service model for SMEs was optimized, on the basis of digitization, networking, and platformization, from the perspective of service structure, business structure, functional structure, technical structure, and business operation and data operation.[Result/Conclusion]The construction of the competitive intelligence service model and the optimization of its operating mechanism is aimed to provide solutions to competitive intelligence services for SMEs and help them to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
