摘  要:介绍了包含燃料电池、动力电池、柴油增程器多种动力源的动力系统对商用车动力性、能耗的影响。从动力系统整车匹配选型、整车构型布置以及整车性能测试3个方面探究不同动力源对整车性能的影响。结果显示,整车可以实现3种动力源单独驱动车辆运行以及多动力源混合驱动车辆运行,并满足整车动力性的要求。对比分析不同车辆应用场景的整车燃油经济性,其中,在环卫车运行工况下,柴油增程模式的燃油节油率约30%。该研究为多动力源混合动力系统的开发提供了理论分析和应用推广参考。The research is about the influence of multiple power sources including fuel cell, battery and diesel range extender on the dynamic performance and energy consumption of commercial vehicles. It explores the influence of different power sources on vehicle performance from three aspects: dynamic systems matching and selection, vehicle layout, vehicle performance test. The results show that the vehicle can be driven by three power sources separately and by multiple power sources in combination, and they meet the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance. By comparing and analyzing the fuel economy of the vehicle in different vehicle application scenarios, the fuel saving rate of the diesel extended range mode is about 30% under the operating condition of the sanitation vehicle. The technical research provides theoretical analysis and application promotion reference for the development of multiple power source hybrid power system.
