摘 要:以提取率为指标,利用正交实验法确定超声波辅助提取芍花精油的最佳提取工艺,并探讨其成分。结果表明:芍花精油最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:6(g/mL)、浸泡时间4 h、超声时间35 min、超声功率50%,提取率可达1.3667%。采用气相色谱法(GC)对其进行成分分析,其成分共有二十余种,以酮类与烷烃为主。此法温度低,时间短,提取率高,为芍花的深度开发和广泛应用提供了新的思路和理论依据。With the extraction rate as the index,the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal extraction process of ultrasoni cassisted extraction of essential oil from Paeonia lactiflora and to explore its components.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were solid liquid ratio 1:6(g/mL),soaking time 4 h,ultrasonic time 35 min,ultrasonic power 50%,and the extraction rate was 1.3667%.The components were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC).There were twenty kinds of components,mainly ketones and alkanes.This method had low temperature,short time and high extraction rate,which provided a new idea and theoretical basis for the deep development and wide application of peony.
