摘 要:为提高公交竞争力,以消除公交车在交叉口的停车等候时间为目标,提出了一种面向短间距交叉口,考虑公交车到达停止线的时刻的预测误差,以对原配时方案调整幅度最小为准则,均衡分配各个相位间的绿灯损失和收益的主动优先方法,并基于仿真实验分别验证了方法的有效性和适用性。有效性实验中,此方法将公交车在交叉口的停车等候时间降低了90.8%,并使人均延误降低了31.0%,优于其他3种信号控制方法。适用性实验表明,此方法适用于饱和度不超过0.8的信号交叉口。To improve the competitiveness of public transport, and aimed at eliminating the parking and waiting time in the intersection of buses, an active TSP(transit signal priority) method for short distance intersections is proposed, which takes the bus arrival prediction error into consideration, and fairly shares green losses or gains according to the criterion of the minimum signal deviations. Simulation experiments are designed and conducted to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the method. The results of the effectiveness experiments show that the proposed method decreases the parking and waiting time of buses by 90.8%, and outperforms the other three control methods with a 3.01% drop in per capita delays. The results of applicability experiments show that the proposed method is applicable for signalized intersections with a degree of saturation of no more than 0.8.
