摘 要:实体化运行是职业教育集团提质增效的内在诉求,是构建高质量现代职业教育体系的重要途径。随着职业教育集团由规模化发展向集约高效转变,实体化运行从“试水区”变为“深水区”。广州某职业教育集团坚持以项目成果为导向,围绕“建平台、拓路径、成高地”的发展主线,优化“主客体相协调、三层次共推进”的协同治理体系,创新“平台+实体+项目”的实体运行脉络,创建“六共交互、协同发展”的双向赋能融合模式,有效破解了职业教育集团“集而不团”“华而不实”等现实问题,提高了集团化办学质量和协同育人水平,实现职业教育集团的提质增效、赋能发展。Substantive operation is the internal demand of vocational education groups to improve quality and efficiency, and is an important way to build a high-quality modern vocational education system. With the transformation of vocational education groups from large-scale development to intensive and efficiency, the substantive operation has changed from “water testing area” to “deep water area”. A vocational education group in Guangzhou insists on taking the project results as the guidance, it focuses on the development main line of “building a platform, expanding the path, becoming a highland”, optimizes the collaborative governance system of “coordinating the subject and object, jointly promoting the three levels”, innovates the substantive operation context of “platform+entity+project”, creates a two-way enabling integration mode of “six co interaction,collaborative development”. This group has effectively solved the practical problems of vocational education groups such as "gathering but not uniting" and "flashy", improved the quality of collectivized school running and the level of collaborative education, realized the improvement of quality and efficiency and enabling development of vocational education groups.
