摘  要:安全追溯是保证实验室安全质量和支撑实验室安全工作的信息化手段之一,该文利用物联网对象标识技术、数据智能采集技术和区块链数据存储技术,构建支持指针式追朔模式与阶段式追朔模式的实验室安全可视化追朔体系。该追溯系统从技术层面保证追溯信息的宽度、深度和精度,实现实验室安全运行状态全流程实时动态监控与闭环管理,提升验室安全闭环管控的过程感知、风险识别、安全预警、安全追溯、应急处理和责任追查的能力,使得实验室安全事件正向可追朔、逆向可朔源、事前可防范、事中可监控、事后可追责,提高实验室安全信息化管理水平与治理能力。Safety traceability is one of the information means to ensure the safety and quality of laboratories and support the safety work of laboratories. This paper uses the Internet of Things object identification technology, data intelligent acquisition technology and blockchain data storage technology to build a laboratory safety visual traceability system that supports pointer traceability mode and stage traceability mode. The traceability system ensures the width, depth and accuracy of traceability information from the technical level, realizes the real-time dynamic monitoring and closed-loop management of the whole process of laboratory safety operation status, and improves the process perception, risk identification, safety early warning, safety traceability, emergency handling and responsibility tracing ability of laboratory safety closed-loop management and control. It makes the laboratory safety events forward traceable, reverse traceable, preventable in advance, monitorable in the event, and accountable afterwards, and improves the laboratory safety information management level and governance ability.
