基于多源数据的市域生态承载力变化趋势及规划策略研究——以武汉市为例

摘  要:随着经济社会的发展,城市经济增长与生态环境的矛盾日益凸显,评估和对比城市土地生态状况及其变化趋势,能够为优化国土空间利用提供依据。基于生态足迹模型和生态承载力模型,以武汉市为例,在2011~2020年间市域人口、资源、环境多源数据基础上,定量分析了市域生态足迹、生态承载力及其相互关系变化趋势。结果显示:(1)十年间,武汉市人均生态足迹呈波动下降趋势,由2.6555 hm^(2)/人下降到2.0962 hm^(2)/人,人均生态承载力变化不明显,而人均生态赤字亦呈下降趋势,由2.4783 hm^(2)/人下降至1.9657 hm^(2)/人。(2)分析市域土地类型结构发现,化石能源用地是生态足迹主要构成因素,而耕地是生态承载力主要构成因素。(3)总体来看,武汉市域的生态足迹需求超过生态承载力,生态赤字显著,未来可持续发展形势较为严峻。综合研究结论和市域土地利用状况,提出了调整土地利用结构、优化产业体系和建立实施保障机制等对策建议。With the development of economy and society, the contradiction between ecological environment and sustainable urban development has become increasingly prominent. Assessment and comparison of urban land ecological status and its changing trend can provide a basis for optimizing the use of land space. Based on the ecological footprint model and the ecological carrying capacity model, taking Wuhan as an example, on the basis of collecting multiple data of urban land and resources from 2011 to 2020, this paper quantitatively analyzes the changing trend of urban ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and their interrelationships. The results show that:(1)In the past ten years, the per capita ecological footprint of Wuhan city showed a fluctuating downward trend, from 2.6555 hm^(2)/person to 2.0962 hm^(2)/person. The per capita ecological carrying capacity did not change significantly, and the per capita ecological deficit also showed a downward trend, from 2.4783 hm^(2)/person to 1.9657 hm^(2)/person.(2)Through the analysis of the structures of urban land types, water area and fossil energy land are the main sources of ecological footprint, while forest land and construction land are the main sources of ecological carrying capacity.(3)Overall, the footprint demand of Wuhan City exceeds the ecological carrying capacity;the ecological deficit is significant, and the future sustainable development situation is severe. Based on the above results, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to adjust the urban land use structure, optimize the industrial system and establish an implementation guarantee mechanism.
