摘　　要：根据当前铜电解工艺生产实际情况,提出了铜粒子视觉检测及处理系统。利用西门子PLC1500全面的处理能力,相机采集数据的准确性和高性能的数据处理和图像处理算法,配合机器人专业性以及西门子V90伺服控制系统定位准确性,实现了对铜粒子表面的数据采集、数据处理、物料转运以及伺服定位、粒子处理整体流程。According to the actual production situation of copper electrolysis process, a visual detection and treatment system for copper particles was proposed. Using Siemens PLC1500 comprehensive processing capacity, the accuracy of the data acquisition camera and high performance data processing and image processing algorithm, professionalism and Siemens V90 servo control system with robot positioning accuracy, and realized with copper particles on the surface of the data acquisition, data processing, material handling and servopositioning, particle processing process as a whole.
