摘　　要：PDCA和SDCA循环理论是质量管理中的重要流程优化方法,对企业提高管理水平有着极强的指导作用。介绍了公司结合实际,运用PDCA和SDCA循环理论,推行卓越绩效模式,取得了不错的应用效果,并获得了诸多荣誉。PDCA cycle and SDCA cycle are important process optimization methods in quality management,and have a strong guiding role in improving management level of the enterprises.This paper introduces that the company has implemented Performance Excellence Model in combination with the actual situation using PDCA and SDCA cycle theory,and has achieved good application result and won many honors.
