摘  要:目的 探讨跨专业教学在长学制临床医学本科早期接触临床课程中的应用。方法 基于跨专业教学模式设计医患沟通课程,收集学生和带教师资反馈,分析跨专业教学模式的成效。结果 跨专业教学模式在早期接触临床课程的医患沟通专题中应用取得良好效果,98.5%的临床医学专业学生和97.3%的护理学专业学生认为跨专业教学模式对于提升医患沟通能力非常有效或比较有效,学生评价课程三项目标的达成程度中,非常充分及比较充分均在85.0%以上,对于“初步了解医患沟通方法与技巧”达成最为充分,认为非常充分的占63.1%。结论 跨专业教学模式在早期接触临床课程中的应用对临床医学专业学生的团队合作意识和沟通能力培养意义重大,建议在医学教育创新发展的新阶段进一步推广跨专业教学模式的实践。Objective To investigate the application of interdisciplinary education in the early clinical exposure of eight-year medical undergraduates.Methods To analyze the effectiveness of interprofessional teaching model based on the curriculum design of interprofessional doctor-patient communication and the feedback of students and teachers.Results The application of interprofessional teaching mode in the curriculum of doctor-patient communication in the early clinical exposure of eight-year medical undergraduates has achieved students’ ecognition based on the teaching design.98.5% of medical students and 97.3% of nursing students agreed that interprofessional teaching was very effective or effective to certain extent for doctor-patient communication ability improvement.Among the three objectives of the course, students’ evaluation, the degree of achievement of “very sufficient” and “relatively sufficient” are higher than 85.0%.For “preliminary understanding of doctor-patient communication methods and skills”,63.1% think it is very sufficient.Conclusion The application of interdisciplinary learning experience in the early clinical exposure of eight-year medical undergraduates is of great significance to the cultivation of teamwork awareness and communication ability of students from different training backgrounds.It is suggested to further promote the teaching concept and practice of interdisciplinary education in the new era of the innovative development of medical education.
