摘  要:目的 探讨经优化的妇产科专硕与住培并轨培养模式的应用效果,以培养具有临床与科研双重能力的优秀妇产科人才。方法 以中国医科大学附属盛京医院的2017级、2018级妇产科专业学位硕士为研究对象,2017级共46名专硕为试验组,采取经优化的专硕与住培并轨培养模式即“三个月一评估”学生水平,高效提升学生临床和科研双向能力的培养模式,2018级共38名专硕为对照组,采取传统的专硕与住培并轨培养模式。两组学生均在各自培养的各阶段设置科目考试及每年度对其带教教师及患者进行问卷调查,并分别在两组学生三年住培结业时统计其科研业绩,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 经过三年的培养,两组妇产科专硕临床能力均得到了一定程度的提升(P<0.05),但试验组的临床能力提升效果显著强于对照组(P<0.05)。在科研能力方面,试验组在临床医学研究方法、医学科研方法概论、自然辩证法、学位外语考试、执业医师考试笔试成绩方面高于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组的中文论著或综述数目、参与课题数目显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),但两组在英文论著或综述数目、文献抄读次数获院系及院系级以上奖学金或荣誉次数方面的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 经优化的妇产科专硕与住培并轨培养模式更有利于提升专业学位硕士研究生的临床能力及科研能力,可进一步实现培养临床、科研双向发展的医学人才的目标。Objective To investigate the application effect on the optimized unification cultivation of professional master and standardization training of residents in obstetrics and gynecology, so as to cultivate excellent obstetrics and gynecology talents with both clinical and scientific ability.Methods The research objects were professional master students of grade 2017 and 2018 from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, 46 students of grade 2017 were the experimental group, and the experimental group was taught with optimized unification cultivation of professional master and standardization training of residents, they were assessed every three months, which can efficiently improve the their clinical and scientific ability.The control group were 38 students of grade 2018,and the control group was taught with traditional unification cultivation of professional master and standardization training of residents.The two groups of students had examination and annual questionnaire survey in each stage during the past three years, also, their research performance statistics were obtained.Then we used those datas for statistical analysis.Results After three years of cultivation, the clinical ability in both two groups was certainly improved(P<0.05),but the improvement effect in experimental group was significantly stronger than that in control group(P<0.05).In terms of scientific ability, the experimental group had a higher score than the control group in clinical medical research methods, introduction to medical research methods, dialectics of nature, foreign language examination for degree and medical licensing examination(all P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly higher than control group in the number of published Chinese treatises and reviews, the number of participating in the project(all P<0.05),but it had no statistically significant differences for experimental group and control group in the number of published English treatises and reviews, the number of reading English papers and the number of sc
