摘　　要：从堆取料机精准定位系统、激光雷达扫描系统、安全避碰防护系统及PLC集群控制系统四个方面介绍了水泥原料无人值守输送系统的组成。经现场实际测试,该系统可实现料堆的三维成像及堆场堆取料机和胶带输送机无人值守安全自动运行。It introduces the composition of unattended conveying system of cement raw materials from four aspects: precise positioning system of stacker/reclaimer, laser radar scanning system, safety protection system against collision and PLC control system. After field test, the system can realize the three-dimensional imaging of the stockyard, the unattended safe and automatic operation of the stockyard stacker, the reclaimer and the belt conveyor.
