摘　　要：沉香是中国传统名贵药材及珍贵香料,市场需求量大。沉香精油是沉香中最具价值的生物活性成分,具有广泛的药理活性。提取工艺直接影响沉香精油的化学成分组成。本文综述了沉香精油的提取工艺、化学成分及生物活性研究进展,为推动沉香产业的发展提供一定参考。Agarwood is a precious Chinese traditional medicine and spice with a large market demand.Agarwood essential oil is the most valuable bioactive component in agarwood,with a wide range of pharmacological activity.Extraction progress influences chemical composition of agarwood essential oil directly.This article reviews the research progress of extraction technology,chemical components and biological activity of agarwood essential oil,and provides a reference for promoting development of agarwood industry.
