摘  要:研究通过对5个位列USNEWS排名前茅的教师准备项目的系统分析,总结卓越教师培养的要义:注重成师氛围和人师文化塑造、创造性地拓展培养空间、确保准备的教师学科及综合素养发展、保证准备的教师能力发展和实践智慧生成;围绕卓越教师培养,搭建了基于U-G-S共同体的精益管理体系实践平台。美国一流教师准备项目的经验,对我国卓越教师培养,尤其在办学思维、项目设计、办学主体建设、U-G-S共同体建设等方面具有启示意义。Through the systematic analysis of five teachers’preparation projects ranking top in USNEWS,this research summarizes the essence of excellent teacher training:focusing on the shaping of a teacher atmosphere and a teacher culture,creatively expanding the training space,ensuring the development of prepared teacher disciplines and comprehensive qualities,and ensuring the development of prepared teachers'abilities and practical wisdom;Focusing on the cultivation of outstanding teachers,a lean management system practice platform based on the U-G-S community has been built.The experience of the first-rate teachers’preparation projects in the United States has important implications for the cultivation of outstanding teachers in China,especially in school running thinking,project design,school running subject construction,and U-G-S community construction,etc.
