摘　　要：传统的建筑工程质量管理围绕“验收—整改”工作展开,这一模式对“静态”的材料质量控制相对有效,但对“动态”的施工质量控制存在系统性缺陷,一则“不深入”,各类验收本质是对各阶段施工结果的检查,没有做到过程管理;二则“不全面”,即便是结果验收,也是“抽样”式的,没有做到全面管理,由此导致大量施工质量问题被忽略甚至掩盖。本文在分析现有模式存在问题的基础上,对建筑工程施工的TQM工作进行较为完整的分析,初步构建全员参与,全过程、系统化并具经济性和可操作性的施工质量管理体系,以期为建筑工程施工质量管理提供参考。The traditional construction project quality management is built around "acceptancerectification" work,the model of "static" material quality control is relatively effective,but the construction quality control of the "dynamic" systemic defects a "deep",all kinds of nature of acceptance is the result of each stage of construction inspection,not process management;the second is "not comprehensive" even if the results of acceptance,is also "sampling" type,did not achieve comprehensive management,resulting in a large number of construction quality problems are ignored or even covered up.Basis on the analysis of the existing problems in the existing mode,this paper carries out a relatively complete analysis of the TQM work of construction engineering,and preliminary constructs a construction quality management system with full participation,whole process,systematization,economy and operability,in order to provide reference for the construction quality and management of the construction engineering.
