摘　　要：项目组织结构成熟度评价指标体系的构建是通过研究项目组织成熟度模型和项目组织结构的评价指标体系,提出运用项目组织结构成熟度评价指标模型对项目组织结构运行水平等级情况界定。通过创建项目组织结构成熟等级模型和构建项目组织结构评价指标体系,采用专家调查结合层次分析法得出指标重要性指数。揭示项目组织结构应用中应考察的指标要素,为项目组织结构改进提供依据和后续评价参考。The construction of the evaluation index system of project organizational structure maturity is by studying the project organizational maturity model and the evaluation index system of the project organizational structure,and proposes to use the project organizational structure maturity evaluation index model to define the operation level of the project organizational structure.By creating the project organizational structure maturity level model and constructing the project organizational structure evaluation index system,the index importance index is obtained by expert investigation combined with the analytic hierarchy process.The index elements that should be investigated in the application of the project organizational structure are revealed,and the basis and subseque nt evaluation reference for the improveme nt of the project organizational structure are provided.
