摘 要:目前国内普遍采用溴量法对稀酚水中总酚质量浓度进行测定,该方法耗时长,难以及时反映水质,影响污水生化处理系统运行。本文以实际生产中的稀酚水为酚标准储备液,采用紫外分光光度法测定稀酚水中的总酚含量,通过实验确定了测试波长、酸度,并进行了稳定性、重现性、线性和准确性实验。结果表明:测试时取2.5 mL稀酚水,加入5 mL 0.1 mol/L盐酸进行酸化处理,在275 nm波长处进行测定,可在10 min内测得总酚含量,并且线性关系、重现性良好,具有较高的稳定性和准确性。At present,bromine method was widely used to determine the mass concentration of dilute phenol water in China,it took a long time to reflect the water quality,thus affecting the biochemical operation of sewage.In the paper,taking the dilute phenol water in the actual production as phenol standard stock solution,the total phenol content in the dilute phenol water was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the test wavelength and acidity were determined.The stability,reproducibility,linearity and accuracy test was carried out.The results showed that the total phenol content could be measured within 10 min by taking 2.5 mL dilute phenol water,adding 5 mL 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid for acidification treatment and taking measurement at 275 nm wavelength,and the linear relationship and reproducibility were good,with high stability and accuracy.
