摘 要:研究了浸泡迁移实验对负载5%的石墨烯-氧化锌-左旋聚乳酸/左旋聚乳酸复合薄膜材料中纳米氧化锌迁移量的影响,主要探究了在不同食品模拟液(酸性、油性和水性)、温度(30°、45℃和60℃)和浸泡时间(3、5、7 d和10 d)3种条件对薄膜迁移含量、膜的表观结构和水汽透过率的影响.结果表明:在3种环境中均检测到不同程度的纳米氧化锌粒子迁移.其中,纳米氧化锌的迁移规律如下:油性环境>酸性环境>水性环境,且随着温度和时间的延长,迁移量增加,导致纤维膜表面粗糙,水气透过率增加.In this paper,the effects of immersion migration experiment on the migration amount of nano zinc oxide in 5%GO-ZnO-PLLA/PLLA(polylactic acid)composite films were quantitatively studied by full immersion method and atomic absorption spectrometry.The effects of different food simulants(acid,oil and water),temperature(30,45℃and 60℃)and immersion time(3,5,7 d and 10 d)on the migration content,apparent structure and water vapor permeability of the film were mainly explored.The results showed that different degrees of nano-ZnO particle migration were detected in the three environments.Among them,the migration law of nanoZnO is as follows:oil environment>acidic environment>water environment.With the extension of temperature and time,the migration increases,resulting in rough surface of fiber membrane and high water vapor permeability.Experimental significance is good.
