契合区域产业转型升级的高职一流特色专业群人才培养困境与对策——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：通过数据分析与实地调研发现,湖南省高职专业群人才培养取得了规模与质量齐头并进、毕业生就业质量稳步提升以及毕业生创新创业能力后劲十足等成效,但仍存在人才培养类型滞后于产业转型升级速度、人才培养专业结构与产业结构耦合度不强、专业群人才培养的师资队伍建设落后于区域产业转型升级速度等现实困境。基于此,从打造一支高水平的“双师型”教师团队、加快教学资源建设、创新教法改革三方面提出契合湖南省产业转型升级的高职一流特色专业群人才培养发展对策。Through data analysis and field research, the talent training of higher vocational specialty groups in Hunan Province has achieved the results of parallel development of scale and quality, steady improvement of graduates’ employment quality and full stamina of graduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. However, there are such some problems as talent training types lagging behind the speed of industrial transformation and upgrading, weak coupling between talent training professional structure and industrial structure,the construction of the teaching staff trained by the first-class characteristic specialty group lags behind the speed of regional industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on this, from building a high-level “double-qualified” teaching team, accelerating the construction of teaching materials, and innovating the reform of teaching methods, this paper puts forward development countermeasures for the talent training of the first-class specialty group of higher vocational colleges in line with the transformation and upgrading of industry in Hunan Province.
