摘　　要：1+X证书制度是我国职业教育领域的重要制度创新,有利于发挥行业企业的办学主体作用和培养更多高素质技术技能型人才。在实践中,1+X证书制度拓展了产教融合的宽度和深度、缓解了人才供给与需求的错配问题、推动了教育教学质量和水平的提升,但在落地实施过程中也面临诸多问题,如有关政策有待进一步完善、评价组织利益有待进一步保障、培训评价组织的能力有待进一步提高、培训评价组织的责任有待进一步加强、职业技能等级证书适应性有待进一步增强、1+X证书制度的社会影响力有待进一步提高等。研究认为,1+X证书制度试点工作的解决之道在于优化1+X证书制度顶层设计、提升培训评价组织的能力与责任、完善职业技能等级证书标准、强化1+X证书制度宣传力度。1+X certificate system is an important institutional innovation in the field of vocational education in China,which is conducive to give play to the role of industry enterprises as the main body of running schools and cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents.In practice,the 1+X certificate system has expanded the width and depth of industry-education integration,alleviated the mismatch between talent supply and demand,and promoted the quality and level of teaching and education.However,there are also many problems in the process of implementation,such as the relevant policies need to be further improved,the interests of the evaluation organization need to be further guaranteed,the capacity of the training evaluation organization needs to be further improved,the responsibility of the training evaluation organization needs to be further strengthened,the adaptability of the vocational skill level certificate needs to be further improved,and the social influence of the 1+X certificate system needs to be further improved.The research believes that the solution to the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system lies in optimizing the top-level design of the 1+X certificate system,improving the capabilities and responsibilities of training and evaluation organizations,improving the standards for vocational skill grade certificates,and strengthening the publicity of the 1+X certificate system.
