摘 要:高职百万扩招是党和国家教育领域供给侧改革的重要举措,在促进高等教育普及化和稳定就业等方面有其重要意义。但高职扩招带来的社会生源与普高生源在文化基础、学习特性、社会阅历等方面存在显著差异,具备学习动机更强、自主学习能力较弱及偏好在线学习等特性。OBE理念倡导以成果为导向、人人皆可成功和持续改进,与社会生源在线开放课程建设契合度高,因此将OBE理念作为高职社会生源在线开放课程的建设的指导思想具备实施可行性。在分析OBE课程建设基本思路的基础上,从课程平台选择、课程资源建设、课程应用、完善课程监控及评价等方面探索了面向社会生源在线开放课程的建设路径,以期能对提升高职社会生源人才培养质量有所裨益。The expansion of million enrollment is an important measure of supply-side reform in the education field of the party and the country,and it has important practical significance in promoting the popularization of higher education and stabling employment.However,there are significant differences in the cultural foundation,learning characteristics and social experience,and they have the characteristics of stronger learning motivation,weak independent learning ability and preference for online learning.OBE’s achievementoriented,successful and continuous improvement is highly compatible with the construction of online open courses for social students,and it is feasible to implement OBE concept as the guiding ideology of the construction of online open courses for social students in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the basic guiding ideology of OBE curriculum construction,this paper explores the construction ideas and paths of online open curriculum for social students from the aspects of curriculum platform selection,curriculum resource construction,curriculum application,improving curriculum monitoring and evaluation,in order to be beneficial to promote the training quality of social talents in higher vocational colleges.
