摘  要:传统的海道测量优先级确定方法已不能满足当下海道测量部门的应用需求。以有限的资源使海道测量投入回报最大化,研究总结了海道测量风险要素及评估过程,从发展过程、方法特点和应用现状3个方面分析了国内外有代表性的海道测量风险评估方法,在水深变化监测、数据挖掘、质量控制和模型校准、风险因素本地化等方面提出了发展和改进方向。可以看出,基于数据驱动的海道测量风险评估方法在测量优先级确定方面更加科学和适用,并能不断发掘新的应用方向,值得在国家层面推广。Traditional methods for determining the hydrographic priorities can no longer meet the application needs of hydrographic departments under the new situation.In order to maximize the hydrographic return on investment with limited resources,the risk factors and assessment process of hydrography are studied and summarized.The representative hydrographic risk assessment methods in the world are analyzed from three aspects:development process,method characteristics and application status.Some development priorities and improvement directions of current hydrographic risk assessment methods are proposed in the aspects of water depth change monitoring,data mining,quality control and model calibration,risk factor localization,etc.Therefore,the data-driven hydrographic risk assessment method is more scientific and applicable in determining the hydrographic priorities,and can continuously explore new application directions,which is worth promoting at the national level.
