摘 要:Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors, TLRs)家族存在于所有活的多细胞生物中。研究表明,TLRs在对机体天然免疫、识别病原体方面包括感染性、自身免疫性、过敏性、炎症和癌症在内的多种疾病的发病机制中发挥了非常重要的作用。简要介绍了TLRs家族受体相关的常见疾病,结合已有的成果对相关疾病相关受体的研究方法及应用现状进行阐述。最后,对Toll样受体为人类克服相关疾病的未来发展方向进行展望。Toll-like receptors family exists in all living multicellular organisms. Studies have shown that they play very important role in the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases, including infectious, autoimmune, allergic, inflammatory and cancer. Common diseases related to TLRs family receptors were briefly introduced. The research methods and application status of related receptors of related diseases were described in combination with the existing achievements. Finally, the future development direction of Toll-like receptor in overcoming related diseases was looked forward.
