摘 要:为解决分层注聚合物井测调用电磁流量计,在现场应用时存在的测量流量比实际注入流量偏小10%以上的问题,对电磁流量计开展了以自来水和聚合物溶液为流动介质的标定实验。分析对比了电磁流量计在自来水中、不同浓度和黏度聚合物溶液中响应规律,指出流态的改变会导致电磁流量计响应的仪器常数改变。科学合理地解释了电磁流量计在分层注聚合物井中测调流量时测量偏差大的原因;进一步提出了利用电磁流量计在自来水中层流流态的测量数据获得的标定方程来计算分层注聚合物井测量流量的标定新方法,该标定方法标定效率提高30倍以上。室内实验误差分析和现场试验误差统计分析表明,提出的分层注聚合物井流量测调用电磁流量计的标定新方法有效、可行,能够很好地满足生产实际需求。In order to solve the problem that the measured flow rates are more than 10% lower than the actual injection flow rates when the electromagnetic flowmeters were used in the field to test the layered polymer injection wells. The calibration experiments of electromagnetic flowmeters with tap water and polymer solutions as the flow medium were carried out respectively. The response laws of electromagnetic flowmeters in tap water and polymer solutions with different concentration and viscosity were analyzed and compared. It is pointed out that the change of flow state will cause the change of response instrument constant of electromagnetic flowmeters. The scientific and reasonable explanation was given for the large measurement deviation of electromagnetic flowmeters in the layered polymer injection wells. Furthermore, a new calibration method was proposed to calculate the measured flow rates of layered polymer injection wells by using the calibration equation obtained from the measured data onto laminar flow state of electromagnetic flowmeters in tap water. And the calibration efficiency of this calibration method can be improved more than 30 times. The laboratory experiment error analysis and field experiment error analysis show that the proposed new calibration method of the electromagnetic flowmeter for flow rate measurement of layered polymer injection wells is effective and feasible, and well meets the actual demand of production.
