摘 要:针对军工电子产品三防涂覆过程多余物的产生导致产品系统故障以及产品后期使用产生的不利影响,阐述了多余物的定义、分类以及危害,分析了三防涂覆过程多余物的产生因素,介绍了设计、工艺、生产以及检验过程中三防涂覆多余物的预防与控制方法。并将多余物预防与控制方法应用到某型产品上,消除了三防涂覆过程多余物带来的质量隐患,使三防涂覆过程多余物得到有效控制,确保军工电子产品的使用性能,为其他军工产品多余物的预防与控制提供一定的指导作用。The product failure caused by the generation of the surplus objects in the three-proofing coating process for the military electronic products and its adverse effects on the later use of products are described. The definition, classification and harm of the surplus objects are introduced. The factors of generating the surplus objects in the three-proofing coating process are analyzed. The prevention and control methods of the surplus objects in the design, process, production and inspection process are introduced. These methods are applied to eliminate the quality risks caused by surplus objects and effectively control the generation of surplus objects. Thus the application performance of military electronic product is ensured, which is helpful for the prevention and control of surplus objects in other military products.
