摘 要:为解决惯性质量带来的馈能式悬架性能恶化的问题,研究了减振器串联缓冲器的解决方案。建立了带缓冲器的2自由度馈能式悬架模型,理论研究表明增加缓冲器利于改善簧载质量加速度、悬架动挠度,同时降低惯性力;通过传递特性分析,揭示了缓冲器对减振器速度幅值通低频阻高频的作用。对比有无缓冲器时悬架耗散功率,结果表明缓冲器降低了悬架耗散功率。通过台架对比测试,验证了增加缓冲器能够有效提升馈能式悬架性能,簧载质量加速度均方根值降低58.0%,车轮相对动载荷均方根值降低33.3%,悬架动挠度均方根值降低27.6%。In order to solve the problem of the deterioration of the performance of the regenerative suspension caused by inertial mass, the solution of the absorber in series with buffer is studied. A two degree of freedom regenerative suspension model with buffer is established. The theoretical research shows that adding buffer can improve the spring loaded mass acceleration, suspension dynamic deflection and reduce the inertia force. Through the analysis of transmission characteristics, the effect of the buffer on the velocity amplitude of the absorber is revealed.Comparing the suspension dissipation power with or without buffer, the result shows that the buffer reduces the suspension dissipation power. Through the bench comparison test, it is verified that adding the buffer can effectively improve the performance of the regenerative suspension, with the root mean square value of spring loaded mass acceleration reduced by 58.0%, the root mean square value of wheel relative dynamic load reduced by 33.3%, and the root mean square value of suspension dynamic deflection reduced by 27.6%.
