摘　　要：目的 分析甘肃省严重精神障碍患者管理现状,为政府相关部门制定精神卫生政策和防控措施提供依据。方法 将甘肃省精神卫生监测信息系统中严重精神障碍患者的相关数据导出,采用Excel对数据进行统计分析。结果 截至2020年年底,甘肃省精神卫生监测信息系统中共有在册严重精神障碍患者118 185例,平均报告患病率为4.48‰,与2019年年底相比,增长0.28‰;规范管理率为90.81%,增长1.43%;面访率为93.36%,增长3.09%;在册患者服药率为74.38%,增长8.35%;规律服药率为44.56%,增长12.38%;精神分裂症患者服药率为74.58%,增长6.46%;规律服药率为45.87%,增长12.25%。结论 甘肃省严重精神障碍患者服药率低,尤其是规律服药率偏低。应进一步提高精神卫生服务能力,加强对患者的用药指导,增强患者主动就医和规律服药意识;加大对精神卫生与心理健康的科普宣传力度,提高大众的精神卫生和心理健康素养水平。ObjectiveTo analyze the current situation of management of patients with severe mental disorders in Gansu Province, in order to provide scientific basis for relevant government departments to formulate mental health policies and preventive and control measures.MethodsData were obtained from the Gansu Provincial Mental Health Surveillance Information System, and the data were exported for statistical analysis through using Excel.ResultsAt the end of 2020,118 185 patients were registered in the Gansu Provincial Mental Health Surveillance Information System, with an average reported prevalence rate of 4.48‰, with an increase of 0.28‰ compared with 2019. The standardized management rate was 90.81%, with an increase of 1.43%;the face-to-face visit rate was 93.36%, with an increase of3.09%;the medication rate of registered patients was 74.38%, with an increase of 8.35%;the regular medication rate was 44.56%, with an increase of 12.38%;the medication rate of schizophrenia patients was 74.58%, with an increase of6.46%;the regular medication rate was 45.87%, with an increase of 12.25%.ConclusionThe rate of medication taking,especially the rate of regular medication, is low among patients with severe mental disorders in Gansu Province. The service capacity of mental health work should be improved, and the medication guidance for patients should be strengthened, and patients’ awareness of active medical treatment and regular medication be improved;the science popularization of mental health be increased, and the mental health and psychological health literacy of the public be improved.
