摘 要:目的:探讨血清细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1),人多梳蛋白2(HPC2)水平变化与宫颈癌患者临床分期、疾病转归的关联性。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月医院收治的宫颈癌患者88例,所有患者均接受血清ICAM-1,HPC2水平检测,采用Spearman相关性分析法分析I CAM-1、HPC2水平与宫颈癌患者临床分期的相关性,采用单因素分析影响宫颈癌患者疾病转归的相关因素,以Logistic回归分析明确危险因素。结果:随着宫颈癌临床分期的提高,血裔ICAM-1、HPC2水平随之升高(P<0.05);经Spearman相关分析,结果显示宫颈癌患者血清ICAM-1,HPC2水平与临床分期呈正相关(r=0.437,r=0.415,P<0.05);进展组HI期、N期、吸烟史、并发症占比高于未进展组(P<0.05),进展组病灶直径、ICAM-1、HPC2水平均高于未魏展组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示ICAM-1、HPC2水平升高是导致宫颈癌进展的危险因素。结论:ICAM-1、HPC2在宫颈癌患者中的表达能反映病情的严重程度,是导致疾病进展的危险因素,对于预后预测有较好的效能。Objective:To investigate the relationship of the changes of serum intercellular adhesion fector-1(ICAM.-1)and human Polycomb protein 2(HPC2)in clinical stage and disease outcome in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:88 patients with cervical cancer treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.All patients received the detection of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 levels.The correlation between the levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 and the clinical stage of cervical cancer patients was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.The related factors afiecting the disease outcome of cervical cancer patients were analyzed by single factor analysis,and the risk factors were identified by logistic regression analysis.Results:The levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 increased with the improvement of clinical stage of cervical cancer(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with cervical cancer were positively correlated with clinical stage(r=0.437,r=0.415,P<0.05);The proportion of stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ,smoking history and complications in the progressive group was higher than that in the non progressive group(P<0.05).The lesion diameter,ICAM-1 and HPC2 levels in the progressive group were higher than those in the non progressive group(P>0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevated levels of ICAM-1 and HPC2 were the risk factors for the progression of cervical cancer.Conclusion:The expression of ICAM-1 and HPC2 in patients with cervical cancer can reflect the severity of the disease,is a risk factor leading to disease progression,and has a good efiect on prognosis prediction.
