摘 要:任何病因引起的慢性肝损伤都会导致肝纤维化,过去认为肝纤维化是一种静态的、不可逆转的病理生理过程。近年来,随着分子生物学的飞速发展,以及对肝脏微观层面的不断深入研究,越来越多的证据表明肝纤维化是一种动态的、可逆的过程。本文回顾了不同方法评价各种病因导致的肝纤维化逆转的报道,总结了肝纤维化的发病机制及其逆转的机制,并回顾了逆转的治疗药物,归纳目前肝纤维化的评估方法,最后认为及时清除或控制潜在病因,肝纤维化会出现不同程度的逆转。Chronic liver injury caused by any etiology will lead to liver fibrosis,and it was believed in the past that liver fibrosis is a static and irreversible pathophysiological process.In recent years,with the rapid development of molecular biology and the in-depth research on the microscopic aspect of the liver,more and more evidence has shown that liver fibrosis is a dynamic and reversible process.This article reviews the reports of different methods for evaluating the reversal of liver fibrosis caused by various etiologies,summarizes the pathogenesis and reversal mechanism of liver fibrosis,reviews the therapeutic drugs for reversal,and summarizes the current evaluation methods for liver fibrosis,and finally,it is believed that timely clearance or control of potential etiology may help to achieve the reversal of liver fibrosis to a certain degree.
