白藜芦醇对酒精依赖大鼠肝脏的影响

摘　　要：目的观察白藜芦醇对酒精依赖大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法将54只SD雄性大鼠按随机数表法分为正常组、酒精依赖模型组、白藜芦醇高、中、低剂量治疗组。治疗后取大鼠血液及肝脏,检测血清TC、TG、LDL、HDL、ALT、AST、γ-GT水平。取肝脏组织光镜观察肝组织的形态变化。结果酒精依赖模型组大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL、γ-GT均高于正常组(P<0.01);酒精依赖模型组大鼠血清HDL低于正常组(P<0.01);白藜芦醇高、中、低剂量治疗组与酒精依赖模型组大鼠比较,血清TG、TC、LDL水平均降低(P<0.01);白藜芦醇高、中、低剂量治疗组与酒精依赖模型组大鼠比较、血清HDL有升高(P<0.01);酒精依赖模型组血清中的ALT、AST、γ-GT活性较正常组显著升高(P<0.01);白藜芦醇高、中、低剂量治疗组较酒精依赖模型组ALT、AST、γ-GT活力显著降低(P<0.01)。光镜结果显示,白藜芦醇高、中、低剂量治疗组能改善酒精依赖模型组大鼠细胞水样变性及脂肪样变性。结论白藜芦醇对酒精依赖大鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。OObbjjeeccttiivvee To observe the protective effect of resveratrol on liver injury in alcohol dependent rats.MMeetthhooddss A total of 54 male SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,an alcohol dependence model group,high-,medium-and low-dose resveratrol treatment groups.After treatment,the blood and liver of rats were tested and the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL,HDL,ALT,AST andγ-GT were measured.The morphological changes of liver tissue were observed under light microscope.Results The levels of serum TG,TC,LDL andγ-GT in the alcohol dependence model group were higher than those in the normal group,while the level of serum HDL in the alcohol dependence model group was lower than that in the normal group.The levels of serum TG,TC and LDL in the high-,middle-and low-dose resveratrol treatment groups were decreased than those in the alcohol dependence model group(P<0.0l),while the level of serum HDL was increased(P<0.0l).The activity of serum ALT,AST andγ-GT in in the high-,middle-and low-dose resveratrol treatment groups was significantly increased than that in the normal group,while the activity of ALT,AST andγ-GT in the high-,middle-and low-dose resveratrol treatment groups was significantly decreased than that in the alcohol dependence model group(P<0.01).The results of light microscopy showed that the high-,middle-and low-dose resveratrol treatment groups could improve the hydropic degeneration and fatty degeneration of the cells in the alcohol dependence model group.Conclusion Resveratrol has a protective effect on liver injury in alcohol dependent rats.
