摘　　要：以池州职业技术学院为例,分析地方职业院校在政校企合作育人模式下服务地方经济高质量发展实践探索过程中取得的经验以及面临的困境,提出坚持党对职业教育的全面领导,压实地方政府发展职业教育的职责;坚持服务地方经济高质量发展,凸现地方职业院校的地方特色与办学定位;坚持校企合作和深度产教融合,引领企业积极参与地方职业院校改革创新等应对策略。Taking Chizhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper analyzes the experience and difficulties of local vocational colleges in the practice and exploration of serving the high-quality development of local economy under the mode of government-school-enterprise cooperative education,and puts forward the following perspectives:insisting on the CPC Party’s overall leadership of vocational educationand consolidating the responsibilities of local governments in developing vocational education;adhering to serving the high-quality development of local economy and highlighting the local characteristics of local vocational colleges and education orientation;holding on to school-enterprise cooperation and in-depth integration of industry and educationand guiding enterprises to actively participate in the reform and innovation of local vocational colleges.
