摘 要:为评价干湿交替酸性盐雾和盐雾/SO_(2)复合2种实验室环境对航空电路板在舰载平台下的腐蚀行为研究的适用性,通过对2种航空电路板产品开展随舰暴露试验和2种实验室环境加速试验,分析了舰载平台环境下电路板典型结构的腐蚀机制以及与2种实验室试验结果的相似性。结果表明,由于舰载平台环境中存在盐雾和SO_(2)等燃油尾气,导致了电路板有机涂层防护薄弱部位的失效,引发了镀通孔和表面导线的腐蚀,也导致了塑封存储器的失效。对比2种实验室加速试验方法,盐雾/SO_(2)复合试验在环境效应、环境因素方面对舰载腐蚀环境效应的复现效果更好。In order to evaluate the applicability of the two laboratory environments,the dry-wet acid salt spray test and the salt spray/SO_(2)complex test,to the corrosion behavior of aviation printed circuit boards(PCBs) under the shipboard platform,the corrosion mechanism of the typical structure of the PCB in the shipboard environment and its similarity with the results of the two laboratory tests are analysed by conducting shipboard exposure test and two laboratory environment tests on two types of aviation PCB products.The results show that the presence of salt spray and fuel exhaust gas such as SO_(2)in the shipboard platform environment leads to the failure of the weak parts of the organic coating of the PCB,which leads to the corrosion of the plated through holes(PTH) and the surface wires,and also leads to the failure of the plastic-encapsulated memory.Comparing the two laboratory accelerated test methods,the salt spray/SO_(2)complex test has a better effect on the reproduction of the shipboard corrosion environmental effect in terms of environmental effects and environmental factors.
