摘 要:随着我国铁路建设的高速发展,中国铁路施工技术已推向世界。桥梁作为铁路工程建设中必不可少的一部分,因技术的进步所占的比重越来越大,桥梁质量管控的重要性不言而喻。然而在施工过程中,因为各种各样的因素,有时不可避免地出现不尽如人意的质量缺陷。为此,如何通过有效的技术措施,以保证桥梁质量和通车安全,至关重要。以浦梅铁路均从大桥3号墩为例,对桥墩挖井基础未竖直开挖和施作护壁、墩身存在裂缝及混凝土耐久性不足等质量缺陷进行分析探讨总结,提出一套科学有效的整治方案,取得了良好效果,可为同类病害的克缺整治提供经验。With the rapid development of railway construction in China,China’s railway construction technology has been pushed to the world.As an essential part of railway engineering construction,the importance of bridge quality control is self-evident due to the increasing proportion of technological progress.However,in the construction process,because of a variety of factors,sometimes inevitably appear unsatisfactory quality defects.Therefore,how to ensure the quality of the bridge and traffic safety through effective technical measures is very important.Taking the no.3 pier of the bridge as an example,we analyze and summarize the quality defects such as unvertical excavation of the pier dug well foundation,wall protection,cracks in the pier body and insufficient concrete durability,and put forward a set of scientific and effective treatment scheme,which has achieved good results,and can provide experience for the treatment of similar diseases.
