IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF在垂体瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 分析类胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)、肿瘤抑制基因-1(Kai-1)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在垂体瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法 收集2018年4月—2021年6月该院收治垂体腺瘤患者122例为观察组,另选取同期行其他脑部手术切除的垂体组织104例为对照组,对比不同组织中、不复发情况IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达情况,分析IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达与病理特征的关系。结果 观察组中IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型的垂体瘤患者IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);侵袭性垂体瘤IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF阳性表达高于非侵袭性垂体瘤(P<0.05)。经整理随访资料,122例患者未复发65例,复发57例,复发者IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达阳性率均高于未复发者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IGFBP-3、Kai-1及bFGF表达可能参与垂体瘤疾病发展过程,对评估垂体瘤侵袭性、预测预后复发有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),tumor suppressor gene-1(Kai-1) and Basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in pituitary tumors.Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with pituitary adenomas who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2021 were collected as the observation group,and another 104 cases of pituitary tissue underwent other brain surgery during the same period were selected as the control group,the expression of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF in different tissues and without recurrence were compared,and the relationship between the expression of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF and the pathological features was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the positive expressions of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF in invasive pituitary tumors were higher than those in non-invasive pituitary tumors(P<0.05).According to the follow-up data,65 cases of the 122 patients did not relapse and 57 cases relapsed,the positive rates of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF expression in the relapsed patients were higher than those in the non-relapsed patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IGFBP-3,Kai-1 and bFGF may be involved in the development of pituitary tumors,which are of great significance for evaluating the invasiveness of pituitary tumors and predicting the prognosis and recurrence.
